Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FlightTrack Logistics LLC, we strive to provide clear and fair policies regarding service cancellations and refunds.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal and additional charges.
  • Clients on 12-month contracts who cancel early will be subject to a $150 early cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued for unused full months remaining on the contract, minus the cancellation fee.
  • Month-to-month subscribers who cancel with proper notice will receive a refund for unused full weeks remaining in the billing cycle.
  • Failure to cancel on time will result in automatic renewal and charge for the next billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial weeks or months already used.
  • FlightTrack may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits in lieu of refunds in special circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the value of our time and that of our clients, all scheduled meetings, consultations, and strategy sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Meetings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely, will be billed at the full agreed rate for the reserved time. This policy ensures we can maintain availability for other clients and prevents loss of billable hours due to last-minute changes.

Payment & late fee policy
Transparent billing practices for you

Payment & Late Fee Policy

At FlightTrack Logistics LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide clear, fair, and transparent billing practices. Please review our payment policy below:

Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due on or before the due date listed.
  • A 7-day grace period is provided after the due date.

Late Fees

  • Payments received after the grace period will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (minimum of $10).
  • Late fees are applied to the outstanding balance and will continue to accrue monthly until full payment is received.

Collections

  • Invoices more than 30 days past due may result in a suspension of services.
  • Accounts with prolonged nonpayment may be subject to collection actions as permitted by law.
